Confidential access to support

Grounded Therapy helps organisations create a clear route for employees to access therapeutic support, with clear boundaries around privacy, eligibility, emergencies and how information is handled.

Individual therapy content is not shared with the employer.

How access can work

  1. Organisation enquiry
  2. Service pathway design
  3. Employee access route agreed
  4. Confidential employee contact
  5. Matching or signposting
  6. Service-level review where agreed

Confidentiality and reporting

Where organisations request reporting, it should be limited to anonymised, aggregated service-level information. Individual therapy content remains confidential and is not shared with employers.

Any reporting should use suitable minimum thresholds so individual employees cannot be identified from small numbers or specific context.

Privacy-safe enquiry forms

Business enquiry forms should only request what is needed to respond to the enquiry.

  • Name, work email and organisation
  • Role or relationship to the enquiry
  • Type of support being explored
  • Preferred contact method

Important boundaries

Grounded Therapy is not an emergency or crisis service. Our services do not replace emergency services, NHS urgent care, statutory employer responsibilities, occupational health assessments or specialist medical care where those are required.
