How to use this check-in

This is not a diagnostic test. It is a reflection tool to help you notice patterns and decide what support or practical action may help.

Check your current signals

  • Sleep has changed or feels less restorative.
  • You feel more irritable, tearful, numb, or overwhelmed.
  • You are avoiding tasks, messages, or conversations.
  • Workload feels unmanageable or unclear.
  • You are using unhealthy coping strategies more often.

Next steps

If several of these apply, consider speaking to a trusted person, manager, HR, GP, therapist, or workplace support route. If work is a key cause, employers should assess and act on work-related stress risks.

Important: Grounded Therapy is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health help in England, use NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
