Build from what already helps

Resilience is easier to build when you notice what has already supported you. This tool helps identify strengths, warning signs, and support routes.

Reflection prompts

  • What has helped me through difficult moments before?
  • What do I notice when pressure is building?
  • What helps me recover after a demanding day?
  • Who can I speak to before things escalate?
  • What boundary would protect my energy this week?

Keep it realistic

A resilience plan should make life safer and more manageable. It should not be used to justify harmful workload or unsupported pressure.

Important: Grounded Therapy is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health help in England, use NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
